Eyeliner Secret - Navy Blue and applied to the wet part only - both top and bottom. Navy blue makes white look whiter yet is dark enough to frame to draw attention to your eye - and by applying to the wet part - avoids looking hard and over made-up. Looks very natural. I like the long wear - smudge proof - roll up type - always soft and gentle - no sharpening required and no sharp edges to irritate or scratch - lasts all day.
HOW: Hold up your upper eyelid with your lashes and draw a line on the complete wet part of the lid - next to the lashes - repeat on lower wet part. Feel free to email me if you are having trouble with this technique.
