Nutrition helped me to lose a stone, sort out my acne and feel more energized!! Was trying desperately to look beautiful for my wedding day but was sick of fad diets that didn't work (plus hair and nails were a mess and stomach in ribbons from all the stress). Went to see Sherry at Absolute Nutrition. She gave me a lot of diet tips and some supplements. Wasn't really expecting much but after 2 wks clothes were already fitting better and acne clearing. Was also sleeping for the 1st time in months!! Is now 3 wks before wedding and can't wait! Best thing is that everything has improved (including hair and digestion). Thought price was a bit dear at first but now realize it was worth every penny (and worked out much cheaper then expensive skin cream, foundation etc since it took care of everything). Are even talking about my trying to get pregnant (apparently nutrition can help with that too). Never spent so much time thinking about food before but never hungry and really enjoy everything I'm eating. Hubby to be is enjoying all the home made dinners (only 15 mins to make!)
