#1 I have personally used both of these products. The first worked very well, however after hearing about the recall I only used on my brows instead of my lashes. The second product works well too but results take longer. The thing about the lash products is company's cannot claim that they actually cause growth due to FDA regulations. Another one I like is Rapid Lash Eyelash Renewal Serum.
